Insane.
What did it for me is the backtracking on the "20 Well - 5 Year Plan"
"That was just one scenario" Then goes onto say to be able to reserve the site you have to action it within 5 years... so it was all fluff.
They were never going to do the 5 year plan that was just "one scenario".
