Jeez it's getting rough in here today!
DP has 100 Mil converted shares worth of 'skin in the game' however way you put it, and as i've said before that's a positive for us poor mushrooms. He has a $1.1Mil loan due by end of June 24 or he loses his 100Mil shares and as i understand it they go 'poof' so very much not good for him but actually a win for us IF we are still dragging arse at 1.1cents. So he is under the pump to return capitol of at least 1.1 cents, or work on an JV outcome that increases the SP to fair value so he can sell 20-30Mil if he has to come end of June, to make payment. Tick Tock, tick tock. And IMO great sign they have hired a good CFO, clearly have a path forward that requires one.
