We are not able to attract any instos with the penny price so consolidation allows more big boys to come to the party. The 2nd buy-back in conjunction with a consolidation will absorb all the selling and reduce SOI so seems like a win-win. But need to have the cash horsepower to be able to defend the SP better than the 1st buy back.
