EVS Water, at this stage, is a flop. This was the offering designed to boost the Company's overall margin, it is simply not doing that.
Also, sequentially just about everything is going backwards. Seems to me that in an effort to meet the EBITDA guidance and deliver what management believe the market wants ie profits, that it has perhaps cut costs to hard and the Sales effort is clearly suffering. Pendulum has swung the wrong way to far. If that is not the case and Sales function is still intact then all one can conclude is the EVS offering lacks traction in the market. Either situation is a grim one
