No information on why this is accretive to Deterra shareholders, only that it provides "growth".
This acquisition is so obviously management defending their pay packets & bloated cost structure.
Shareholders can look forward to Mining Area C cashflows not being paid in dividends but rather being used to pay for other shitty royalties.
