Good presentation revealing all the important financial items except ASK IPO SP. Perhaps as stated in the presentation ASK net tangible assets per security @ $1.58 is an indicator. I see a pro rata issue of ASK shares to ABP SHs as a a very positive move. Would be nice to have some free carried options in ASK for existing ABP SHs to save future CR, although revenue stream looks like they won't really need it - unless mounting a takeover of another storage REIT.
