andrix ;i think its a terrific bolt on for us.they are similar to us .with the spectrum which we like [the ground floor money maker item]corporate and whose customers some more exchanges and we use cloud as well.so intergrading the two companies shouldnt be at a high cost.we had no dept at last report with 10million going out for the next few years for the transit cable to america.with profit after tax of around 150 million so yes you are right it wont take long to pay it off..there will be some intresting synergys coming out in the next few days so we will hear more soon,,,happy days
