These have been released but you need to look back to 2017. There were a whole heap of announcements back in 2017 around the release date of the PFS where there was announcement after annuncement about signing LOIs. Some of those included Kuwait Steel, Shagang, Formosa. Mitsui were actually going to put money toward the BFS in exchange for locking in supply as well from memory.
They had 12mtpa signed back then for a 10mtpa operation.
Since then they havent really elaborated on where the multiples of 20mtpa is coming from but as Tran pointed out, last night there was mention about Australian interest as well.
Bryan did say last night that an announcement should be released possibly I assume more details around these LOIs.
