    your wording previously conveyed that there are buyers and investors lining up. Through all of those last few posts all I'm hearing now is intent.

    You're wording is starting to sound like upramping and spin. How about just calling it what it is, intent and only that. No offtaker has invested yet and none of that intent has been converted to binding since 2017. Otherwise, we'd be having a very different conversation and the SP would be in a very different place.
