I don't know much about RXH so I am unsure how their customers fit into PNCs typical demographic. I have faith in management so I'm sure it's a sensible deal though. Interesting that for PNC, it wasn't flagged as a 'Market Sensitive' announcement (but was for RXH) so maybe not all that material, I don't know.
On the XAO inclusion, I agree with your sentiment. The only thing is, with that particular index, I believe the re-balance only occurs annually in March, so the ship has sailed til next year. I'm sure that if management keep kicking goals, inclusion next year is realistic though
