“I'd make the point at this point, that we're yet to see any customer defections in the wake of the CBI matter, which is pleasing, but we haven't launched new programs in Europe in the last 12 weeks. As we focus on those remediation efforts and we're in discussion with the CBI around that, we haven't seen any of those customers exit.”
