i sold my position today for a hurtful loss
had high hopes for the company but I think huge dilution is coming for shareholders
i emailed Steven and he tried to assure me that the quarterly operating cost is going to be significantly less than previous quarters and that we won't need to do any raisings since San Finx will be a near term cash flow project
i think with recent price action and the acquisition of Pan Iberia nearing we are looking like we are in trouble even without a raising however in regards to this Steven also mentioned that the acquisition is subject to shareholder approval

so unless you want to lose significant value on your investment I'd advise against voting for the Pan Iberia acquisition valued at 7.5m AUD

best of luck in the future, I don't think this company is going anywhere unfortunately
