Additional clarity on were permitting stands right now would be welcome. I really hope the discharge permit can be secured, but we’re talking Spain here: issues are almost never resolved technically but on rather different grounds, as our Lluis knows. The best case scenario would be to get the permit in a matter of months and start production in 2023 but the Gov may well pop up with some stringent new demands, like a new EIA or simply $$ in a suitcase --the latter being preferable.
