From today's presentation, it seems the agreement with the quarry operator no longer exists. So not an option any more and we'll just have to wait for the open-pit EIA process to unfold. CRS Ingenieria is working on the project and EIS, which is a much safer option than the local firm that signed off the 2011 documents. Steven mentioned that it's more likely that San Finx will enter production first and that talks with the gov are ongoing.
