market noise..they published guidance for the FY back in August and haven't amended it. If the company had information that they weren't going to hit forecast up or down by more than 10% on that guidance they have to inform the market. Company's in the ASX300 "should" apply 5% as the materiality threshold according to ASX listing rules.. I am reading a no change to what Tom C said in August and all the comms since reflect that the CBI issue is likely to be less material an impact but one the company has to work through..It doesn't impacted UK, Aus, North America, France or other growth prospects and in the long run I dont think will affect the growth of EML....but DYOR
