Oh thanks for pointing that out, it says "PCSIL intends to respond..." and not EML. My bad.
@mrspeculator I guess that is the problem when you have a big business stream but does not have a separate vehicle for it. It tends to drag the value of all the other business streams down when something happens. And if I'm being honest, it is not that easy to cut the "tumour" out - a very pricey decision and one that would get challenge on the board I'm sure.
