They've raised $25m from Sophs and Instos so the $4m of the SSP is still to close Feb 4. I believe DCX Funds initiated a holding through the offer which is what made me take a look.

You won't know the issue price because the calculation period is the 5 day VWAP in the week of 7/2 leading up to issue date on 11/2/22.

I liked the look of their last three 4Cs. If the market stabilizes and CEO seems on the ball and has a good plan, this should be a nice company in 12 months.

The thing is if you can get shares @37.5 cents now, why would you participate in the SPP for 40 cents a share?
So I think retail won't participate unless they have already
