The CEO seems good.
Got themselves a nice little niche with few other players.
As David Hentschke said, the collections industry is stuck in the past and under investment.
They seek to change that with AI tech for better customer engagement and better payment collections.
Some of the supposed gains for their trial customers seemed outstanding. i.e 150% uplift for a Toll business.
They won an AI award for a fin tech. That seems impressive..
If they can make ground in US and Uk plus work well with Techub in South Africa, heck that does sound good.
I'm in and will look to add if they tick along ok.
