Sparsentan and Irbesartan are the same class of drug, just that Sparsentan is newer than Irbesartan and works a bit better. So the Sparsentan+DMX200 combo might work a bit better than Irbesartan+DMX200.
In any case it would be to Travere's benefit if the Sparsentan-DMX200 combo could be used to treat FSGS. No reason for DMX to contribute to funding of any trials.
