Did he say this? What I got was the composition of matter IP which belong to Elanco run out worldwide by the end of next year (2025) so they don't represent a hinderance to the marketing, development and commercialisation of MPL.
Nice to finally get full clarity on the IP expiry and the timing seems to confirm the deliberate "go-slow" by the previous regime although this was constantly denied. Full transparency by the good Dr T and his PAA team is certainly much appreciated
