It was mentioned at the Melbourne meeting that registering an additional 10 patients on the OLE was a possibility. Meanwhile all remaining patients are receiving the correct dose of 10mg, unlike in the compassionate use element. Certainly continued good data from the OLE will accelerate the SP and it may create too much FOMO for big pharma to resist. I believe we are very well placed ATM.
