Ahh, one error in logic.
If only 50% go onto MPL, the addressable market becomes USD $7.5B in 4 years ( ie. only half available patients double their life expectancy ).
However, surely it would be greater than 50% if you were doubling life expectancy.
So let's say somewhere between USD $2.5B ( 50% share of current market ) and USD $5B in 4 years, with adressable market increased due to longer patient life expectancy ( patients in US increase living with ALS increase to around 50,000 )
