Its a good deal.
AZEK doesnt trade below 40x and price to cashflow would indicate purchasing the asset sub 35 p/e would be impossible due to its underlying profit growth,
Will add $1.5b revenue and $150m NPAT to the business almost instantly then strip out synergy costs and margin improvement over 2-3 years and this could easily churn far more than current profit growth.
Its a good acquisition.
