IMO the negotiations and company operations are a) too complex and b) too commercial in nature to update the marked by further announcements. This will need to be done in due course (16th Aug), and by presentation / investor call.
Technically SMN is retesting the previous resistance. We may likely see a holding pattern here as the pros accumulate prior to the investor call.
