Yeah, I had a look at some of the prospectus and there are quite a few things to consider. I am not saying NUC is no good but inherently different to BUB's: - 45,000,000 shares on issue, proportion this to BUB's shares on issue and this equates to NUC at 22 cents per share - 45,000,000 shares there has to be some CR's on the horizon - Nature one Dairy 9in partnership) very new to the market hence a long way behind Deloraine/BUB's - NUC mentions other products however again at the mercy of third parties - Nature One are as close to getting SAMR as I am - It reads like a BAL and is essentially a middle man/transactional business - As a result NUC has a flat management and not a lot of over heads, unlike BUB's - BUB's has farm to shelf control of product NUC do not - NUC distribution mix is concentrated and this is a concern for me - NUC's market is China
All in all I think I will keep my money where it is. As mentioned NUC is a different beast to BUB's and I think product control is important especially when selling into China.
