I guess the dispute is around whether Federation is covered by what is referred to by term "Nymagee project" in the old contract
I am a recent holder so have no context
Guess we just have to wait and see which way will this end up being resolved.
It sounds that the worst case is Glencore might have first rights for offtake from what was said in Q&A.
