If you look ,at the first 3 months good progress in the vibe but after the hoa needed to follow up with a signed BTA did not happen ..I still think even without BTA someone could do a takeover at 1.50 aud as is this month .. but the longer the wait I think in 6 months that as is value is 1.15 .. dyor need BTA !
