Ann: Investor Conference Call Details - Q3 2022 Results, page-2

Looking forward to this quarterly update. Obviously keen to see improving metrics across the board but particularly interested in AMR. Some of my logic could be flawed but have run some numbers today. As i eluded to in a prior post - gold and platinum memberships went up by $US5 per month around mid September - Silver is now free (previously $US5pm). Running the number on the previously reported 733k US memberships at end of Q2 & the split between silver/gold/platinum, this equates to a net extra ~$US2.9m per month. Assuming a 10% increase in membership across the month - (lower prices applied so assume takeup not impacted for the period) thats $US3.2m per month or a ~$US39m increase in AMR at 30 Sep - so we could see a figure of around $US214 for AMR - Up 72% from 12 months ago. (I'm not sure what percentage pay annually so the figure could be lower.)

The increase in fees wouldn't really impact revenue until the following quarter so I'm even more keen to see net subscriber additions for Q4 to see how much the price hike may have impacted net subscriber growth. Given Q4 is the strongest quarter you would think the timing of the price change was timed very well.
