good to see they're prepared for transparency etc... gets the feeling they're pretty positive about the situation, however i imagine they'll be going on christmas holiday soon, so probably no real developments until next year...? would be a good chance to ask about the sunset date of the original BTA, which i thought was december 2016? just looked it up:
"Liquefied Natural Gas Ltd (LNGL or Company) is pleased to advise that its 100% owned project company, Magnolia LNG, LLC (Magnolia) and Meridian LNG Holdings Corp (Meridian LNG) have agreed to extend the financial close date condition precedent for Magnolia LNG from 30 June 2016 to 31 December 2016."
cutting it pretty fine if they manage to make financial close before december 31st...
