    If Tony repeats in the conference call that the hospitals messed up and failed to follow protocol, then it is good news. I am assuming he won't dare throw such accusation if not true as the hospitals reputations are at stake here. Anyway, if it is truly just a messed up protocol causing the problem, then it is still game on. Let's see what the conference call has to reveal. My concern is I can't believe that all 3 hospitals messed up.
