I was interested to hear TK saying that OSA was going to be issued as a direct to consumer app via Apple and Android stores. Does ResApp need regulatory approval for direct-to-consumer applications. I know that CE Mark is also being applied for. I am just curious though as to whether or not CE Mark approval is required before launching on App stores. The way TK worded it, I understood that CE Mark approval was not required.

Generally, I thought TK sounded a lot more subdued than I have ever heard him. I think the FDA refusal has really hurt and was completely unexpected.
