There IMHO seems something a little thing wrong with this transaction - any conflicts of interest declared by directors, did they look at other suppliers, RFP, proper bidding, due diligence - why did the pick such a small entity to produce these devices
Why did the provide the option to pay in shares and did they keep the shares ??
