The headline says it all.
"Kenney: possible Crowsnest Pass coal deal may speed up other future Highway 3 twinning project"
I Googled "Australian coal mines Crowsnest Pass", only two came up. Riversdale and Atrum.
It looks like its being fast tracked.
I'd say Riversdale will be first out of the box and Atrum will be caught in the updraft.
But a takeover is looming, as one would expect.
