Agree, they couldn't wait to get out of there, and quite amazing to hear that it has now been conveyed that all these "obstacles" now exist, all the "difficulties" in attaining funding and how hard the Exec and BoD will work from now until next Feb!!!

Mentioned numerous times about the "offer" being significantly more than where the stock was trading only one month ago, while this is accurate, at 0.225 cents (21 Sept) this is the lowest the stock has been for 2 YEARS!! No mention of the "offer" being almost HALF of what the stock was trading at in Apr 22 at almost $0.975!!!

Unfortunately, this has most def been a "lifestyle" company for those controlling the company that have left a very bitter taste in a lot of investors mouths, and as others have stated, you would not risk one cent of your hard earned with any company any of these dropkicks move to!!!!
