Tranche 2 has to be first approved by shareholders, which it won't now. Institute investors who collected from Tranche 1 have been screwed. FHE will dilute more again and create a bigger discount so they can collect more shares at even bigger discounts. Share price will be dropping further down but hopefully there is a SPP for existing holders inbound.
