i think so too, Emeco trades at a significant discount to PE and NTA.
We also need to note that they pay no cash tax with at least 3 years worth of tax losses remaining.
However with Black diamond holding nearly 35% of shares, they effectively have a blocking position, so either we get acquired by Black Diamond otherwise the acquirer will need to have them on their side before any transaction will go through
