Some questions I would raise:

Why do you feel it warranted that the share appreciation incentive be awarded after the share price has more than halved?

With all the added staffing levels, what has this done for the bottom line? Are expansionary plans on track?

Do you see the next reporting season to be showing far greater results hence why the share appreciation has been adopted.

I believe we are well on track for growth, it’s just the fact they adopted the share appreciation incentive that pisses me off. It is was starting at $3.50, I’d vote to pay these guys double their salary.
