Reasonable questions Fancypants. I would add a question about what the company proposes to do about clearer communications to the market about what it is doing and what the potential value of their announcements is to their bottom line. To emphasize the poor communication issue someone in attendance might like to mention an email letter that was sent by me to two executives to raise concerns about the company's lack of communication to the market, which was not even acknowledged let alone answered. The share appreciation rights are of course an absolute joke because it rewards the CEO for running the SP into the ground at the expense of the share holders. The fact they even dare to propose this is an insult to us long suffering share holders at whose expense these rights will be exercised (dilution).
