Ann: Investor Conference Presentation, page-15

My problem with this Crux guy is that he comes across as if he has done absolutely no research. He is talking about Alpha along the lines of 'does it hold no value for you' and 'has it been put on the back burner'....hey, maybe he is very astute. Maybe he is trying to get Healey to be a bit indiscreet.
The guy Healey does seem green and almost like he's got 'imposter syndrome' when it comes to helming a corporate company, lot's of humming and hawing and I don't like the upward squeeky inflection at the end of every sentence. Is he talking out of school, or doing a bit of stupid musing, when he talks about spinning out Alpha? Have never heard Biddle talking along those lines, not even a hint of doing a spin out. Maybe it is just refreshing honesty(?)
I think Biddle will still have a helluva lot of control behind the scenes, but whoever the front man for the company is they need to be credible.
