The way I see this, why would Matt have left Round Oak, and what he described as "the world class Ernest Henry mine" to join a small junior explorer like Greenvale? He must have a degree of confidence in what is going on at Georgina to have taken this job on, and I detected that when he was talking about twin peaks when he compared it to Ernest Henry.

Neil is so well connected in this industry and has appointed Matt for the right reasons, even if PR and public speaking is not his strength we will all be heavily indebted to Matt's local knowledge if or when we do strike something big from our drilling.

I agree with a lot of what you post @syelaw, but don't let the rose goggles blind you.

$300k p.a. and 5,000,000 performance rights when the SP was >55c would entice just about anyone.

We all know how tight good hires are currently, there is a shortage of quality people.

Healy may be the best Geo in the world, but if he can't run a company it won't mean much for all I care.
