this could be Matt's style. he may be the worlds greatest company ceo, and when anyone sees him in the future they may say "oh that's just the way Matt is". if he delivers results, nobody will care how he presents.

some of the best and most effective members of management in some companies are cantankerous a*holes. but people still invest because they get the job done.

having said that, I think he does need to remember he's not exploration manager anymore, he's CEO. of both Georgina AND alpha.

to be fair he's probably operating under guidance and instruction of Neil and co who are avid explorers. and are maybe angling the company more as an explorer with a little torbanite side project. whereas most current investors view it as a highly prospective torbanite company with a side of exploration.

I'm not really sure how much appetite the market has for yet another greenfield mining explorer. so this positioning concerns me a bit from a PR perspective.

but like I said, this could just be Matt's style. abs if he delivers the goods, nobody will care what he's like in front of a camera.
