I would have been happy for this bloke to have been appointed Exploration Manager for the same money and incentives. Exploration success is critical, so he would have a very full plate in any case. Like it or not, marketing and a credible front man are a big part of the overall picture, so all the excuses in the world don’t really wash with me. You drill some dusters, you want someone who can maintain the belief. Biddle was the highly credible and moreover passionate front man prior to the change. His enthusiasm for the projects was apparent & infectious.
