When I saw the 400k sell order a few weeks ago it made me think of just how many people have been holding and waiting. Decided to get out even though there was a 18c carrot on the estate sale and potentially Better timber prices. Traded twice for a profit on the basis this is way under its asset value. Unfortunately it looks like the carrot is on a string for all the shareholder donkeys. Definately some positives here moving forward but could be a value trap through lack of interest and constant poor performance
