I can’t remember where I got this (want to say the Buddy Connect Event), but they don’t do free trials anymore. They do trail periods for whatever length of time, but then it converts to a long term contract if they don’t call up someone and ask for the stuff to be pulled. Maybe they get a discount or something during the trial period, but point is they are paying.
