Just to clarify, the last sentence about the monitoring fee being offset by services is further clarified in the contract with a statement that "no monetary exchange will occur for services rendered by either party". In lieu of direct payment, Whitefish have contracted to provide a comprehensive schedule of contra including creation of videos, Case studies, presenting at various national conferences, blog posts, webcasts etc.etc. I'm sure there will be other opinions but I think this is a no-brainer in terms of a cost effective marketing programme.
