I'd fully agree that Worley isn't worth $13.50, and I wouldn't invest in it. But I wouldn't be betting against another tilt by DAR when the time is right. They haven't bought in as a long term passive investor, they want to take advantage of the synergies - particularly Worley's work in infrastructure in the Middle East and their Hydrocarbons background. The only question is whether they want to pay more or less than the current share price.
