Hi DSD,
Let me show why your logic is flawed.
By participating in full their 20% stake at 13 dollars a share, DAR group has essentially done:
1. Willing to buy worleyparsons shares for at least 13 dollars a share.
2. Unwilling to allow their holding to be diluted.
Either one of this outcome is positive for WOR share price. IMO a takeover is by DAR is still very much on the cards. It is therefore very unlikely WOR price will ever fall below $13 from now on.
