ive listened to dato's section a few times... it's a pretty significant part of the talk..
basically to sum up ... it all comes down to the 'infamous 4th dec mestec letter from yeo' and the assumption is it will be withdrawn (accompanied with the Lynas execution plan for waste treament) !!
and at that point, business as usual continues, and by that i mean a new license renewal will be awarded to lynas because all paper work has been sent and aelb checks have been given by the body.
apparently when this all happens, the infamous letter with 2 conditions is retracted, as dato says 'it will be fast' ....
