Like a lot of Australian companies down there, they put automation ahead of humans, and the automation did not work. They need more people to assess the use of the exchange.
Helen Lofthouse is really hopeless and is your typical Australian CEO, head in The Who knows where, struggling with chronic understaffing, has not got the staff to keep the IPOs and corporate actions, wasting money on misplaced machinery and producing results that probably could not be any worse.
Far from a Lofthouse, ASX is in the deepest trough it could possibly be.
