Peter spoke about the final approvals for the DC's- Melbourne received, waiting on Sydney. DC's will be operational in April 2019.
Capex is up slightly as they are installing 1MW in both DC's, as opposed to 0.5MW noted in the initial planning. Presales started on Monday this week. When asked Peter stated they are very happy with the sales progress and leadership. If they can fill the initial capacity DXN stand to make $8M p.a.
CR at 15.5c to raise $3M with the potential for a further $2M.
All seems on track though the CR seems a little amateurish- I would have preferred a notable cornerstone investor take a chunk, though existing SH's can participate which is a bonus for the faithful. Pity no one asked about any Asian progress.
Should do well once the DC's fire up in April.
